We welcome people of all fitness levels to come and join us. Our group exercise sessions are held in the gym and are run by our fully qualified Fitness Professionals. It's a great to way to get fitter, stronger and improve your general wellbeing. These sessions are great for those who want to improve fitness, lose bodyfat and get it all out of the way before the school run!
Sessions will be tailored to your fitness level whether you are a beginner, looking for a fitness boost or wanting to prepare for an OCR! We will use everything from the gym equipment to your own bodyweight to kettlebells or ropes and tyres and everything in between!
Sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am - 7am and include any diet advice you may require,

LADIES LIFTING CLASS
For those ladies that want to find out a little bit more about lifting weights. Each week we go through the Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. You can use this class as an introduction to lifting weights, or as an extra to your usual routine if you'd prefer to lift in a safe environment with a spotter and qualified professional strength and conditioning coach.
